How a first conversation goes
Use the form or pick up the phone, whichever suits you. Describe the problem in a line or two and we will either come back with a question or offer a date to come and see it. Anything structural, anything leaking now, or anything running across more than one trade needs eyes on it, so most first conversations end with a visit booked rather than a figure given down the line.
A little detail up front makes the quote much more accurate. Send close photographs of the problem and one taken from far enough back to show the whole wall, roof or room. Give us the property address, because access, parking and the age of the housing on your street all change how the work is done. Say whether anyone has looked at it already and what they told you, since a second opinion is a different conversation from a first look. And tell us roughly when you want the work done, because some of it waits on the weather.
